You know the funny thing is all exept 1 or 2 people concentrated on lieing to the back i gave 3 options and the only ones that got a reply was the lieing to the bank, i havnt put a post on here for a long time due to everyone being so negative the whole point of it is to help each other what i wrote there is no possible way you could put an answer to any of it without going into more depth with me about it and asking questions instead of being so negative i am very dissapointed in this post due to the lack of info and no questions being asked just everyone saying about lieing to the banks and you know what i bet steve would be dissapointed aswell, as in all his books he states how this is here to help one and other but how wrong can one be thinking this site was to incoarrage one and other read the post again if you dont believe me the are 3 options and everyone only consentrated on one so if you ask me there is no encoragement at all as i have done all the maths spoken to the banks and know it can be done the right way after you have read the post ask yourself can that really be answered without going into more depth because no it cant be answered or have advise given without doing it you all just saw 1 part that mentioned lieing to the bank now even i'm not that stupid but very surprized that thats the only one that i could get help with but i must say im not shocked.

thankyou so much for being so positive i have decided i think i will only read steves books as his are really the only ones that have answered the questions i have and i dont think i will hold back anymore its time to take the plunge we have a chance and i think i will take it thankyou so much for your positive reply  kev.

thanks heaps but this maybe a dumb question as i am new to all this and still learning what is a trust?

when we bought the unit it had a new kitchen and bathroom i have renovated the toilet and laundry and halfway through the rest its really just in need of a coat of pait which i am doing we are puting a paved area out the back as we have the mould to make the pavers so it is all being done up on a very tight budget, a unit in the same block just rented for 230 a week but that is still very old inside, we are walking distance to a station and supermarket.
we are hoping to get around 240 a week for it as there is free hall hire to the tenant and i am going to supply the gardening so i know it gets done lawn mowing gutters cleaned etc. but to keep cost low i will be doing that myself, as for an agent i think with my first property i may manage it myself depending on how much they charge i havnt really looked into that side of it as i am concentrating on the reno's and when ever i get to sit for half an hour im reading more books thanks heaps for your reply i do appreciate possitive feed back.
