    I agree, you can certainly pick up houses that ‘you remove’for a lot less than $40k which you would need too as the cost of removal can be quite high (depending on distance, etc).

    There is a house for sale for $1 in the Readers Mart section of the Sunday Times. It doesn’t look like a Queenslander though”!?!

    The ‘Quokka’ also has lot’s of freebies.
