If you are receiving a gift money more than $100k from overseas from parents. Will it be taxed?
What measures do they need to take to prevent it? Whether in the form of letters etc?Thanks.

Hi all,
I need help..
My uncle who is a foreigner bought a property 10 years ago & is now wanting to gift the property to me with no $$ involved.
So the property would be transferred to my name which will involved stamp duty but does my uncle need to pay CGT?If so.. how bad would it be?

In regards to this FHOG which I am claiming. If I am currently living with my sisters where electricity biil is under my name & I am moving into my PPOR in December. Thus all utilities will be in my name in the new property. Is that ok to have my name for 2 properties?
