Were you able to sell or did you hold onto it?
I would be interested to know more about your product.
I am early in my property investing journey so have no preconceived ideas of what is best/right so am prepared to look at all options.
My only concerns are that every thing is legally above board in the eyes of the ATO.As always the devil is in the detail :)
Thanks
Hi Tom.
How much weight do you give to location when analyzing a property?

Awesome post. Good interaction with the other members. Being new to rental investing it was a thought provoking read.A few months ago I looked at a similar unit and passed due to the capital growth potential and my lack of knowledge of the market. I may revisit this space armed with the knowledge gathered from this post.
Thanks all for your input around the risk/reward potential of this type of investment.

Keen to have a closer look at your product.
Can you explain more here on the forum?Due to popular demand we are launching our in house SMSF loan product with no liquidity and no minimum fund balance.
It is a lodoc loan so even if you are self employed and the lvr and property asset is right you will be considered.
Even if a new Labour Govt carry out their threats and withdrawn LBRA’s the product will still strive.
Just waiting on legal opinion post an ATO PR to release it to the market but certainly if initial inquiry is anything to go by there will be no shortage of takers.
Cheers

How did you go with this?
Does it include the ability to refinance existing SMSF property loans?
