There’s about 18 articles written about this if people are interested in checking out the issues. What I think is that Rene told everyone how sick he was so he didn’t have to go to jail. His illnesses have been well-documented by psychiatrists etc. So he was saying he was too sick to go to jail, but not too sick to go to work… That was his…[Read more]

    * phone calls- the are about mentoring, networking, motivation etc.
    * a couple of books and a spreadsheet
    * 10 CD’s from one of the world’s most “Successful Real Estate Investors”. This person is unnamed on the website.

    Jaffa,

Go to google.com.au and type in “unemployment blahtown”. It should come up with a number of links to what you’re looking for.

Remember, google.com is a search engine, not an information portal. Anything you want about anything in the world, you should be able to find in google.

hehe rogue. I said I don’t have heroes. I don’t expect anyone to be perfect. I just like what some people do or say, but I have no gods or gurus.

    Act,

I’d have to say though… how many people who ARE actually in a cult, say it’s a cult? I would say one of the first things a cult leader would say to cult aspirants is “This is not a cult.” Not to say that your non-cult is a cult :o) But ya know what I mean :o)

This was what was written about John some time ago on the forum:

“Mr McKnight called for candidates via his website http://www.propertyinvesting.com and hopefuls then had to fill out a detailed application, a task Adelaide’s John Donjerkovic took very seriously.

“Mr Donjerkovic has already put Mr McKnight’s advice into practice and the results speak…[Read more]

Can one be one’s own hero? Probably… it’s called a narcissist. From dictionary.com:

    1. Excessive love or admiration of oneself. See Synonyms at conceit.
    2. A psychological condition characterized by self-preoccupation, lack of empathy, and unconscious deficits in self-esteem.
    3. Erotic pleasure derived from contemplation or admiration of one’s…[Read more]

I have no heroes. Some people i like, some people I respect, but noone is a hero to me. A hero is like a guru- someone to look up to. I look up to noone.

    wayne,

As a tenant, there’s something that’s really important to me- and it’s something that landlords seem to sometimes cross the line with. It’ll cost you nothing to do, and it won;t take any of your time- in fact, it will free up your time. That’s giving your tenants *privacy* All tenants have the right to “quiet enjoyment” of their premises,…[Read more]

    Jaffa,

I dunno if the book would need to say “How to make a Million on $45k or less.” I think that’s limiting. I dunno what the MAP participants earn, but the average income in Australia is about 45k. I still think if someone can make a million (I have to say net) on an oncome of 80k, they’re still doing ok. For me, I think it’s embarrassing to…[Read more]
