Professionally I have always had good experience with debentures. If you are just parking your cash its better than term deposit. Make sure you have you have done your home work regarding the rating (Standard & Poor) and terms/conditions etc.
I have done business with Secure Investments Pty Ltd for the past three years. Great service. Their website is http://www.secureinvestments.com.au
The website also has some info on various types of money market products.
I prefer private schools. They give you an edge over others. I have gone to both private and public. You tend to think ‘big’ when surrounded by children with successful parents…. my parents were successful aswell but it teaches you that there are competitors out there!
well I started with B Comm/ Law but than I stated working full time in finance ..so the study took back seat ….than I ended up purchase off the plan unit…which I have made a lot of $ out of it except I lost a lot of time in doing other things.
I am not a big fan of the legal system ..so I might drop law and do economics instead..see how it goes.
How did you ever get that many stars..u must have worked very hard for it []
I wonder why you are still single ??? ( I sincerely hope that you are!)
If my boss found out that I have been “chatting” the whole day instead of working…I am going to have my rear kicked..but than again I am leaving in 2wks.
Nope its full of crap. You have to pay CGT regardless of your age. However its wiser (in matters of taxation) to sell etc when you are retired as your tax threshold is lower…..hope this makes sense
