Saturday results melbourne auctions
$61 Million raised
$260 Million Raised same W/E last year
a couple of weeks ago an appartment at docklands
sold at auction for $711k bought off the plans late 2001 for $955k

the rest of the market i think has gone down
about 10% toi what it was this time last year
