I want to purchase several self contained eco portable houses plonk them on our rural block and use it as a holiday stay with all rent back into my super.  Is this possible?

Then the remaining super I want to purchase a commercial space. Does the owner or the lessor pay to refurbish commercial spaces to suit there needs?
