    hi Dave, not sure what area of Melbourne you are looking at, but I use Carson Simpson for my land sub-division work, I’ve found them to be good. Here’s their website http://www.carsonsimpson.com.au

    hi Zen, good on you for setting yourself a goal of becoming a developer (and within a specific timeframe, too!). You need to check with your accountant, as it will depend what legal structure you are using for your project, but you should be able to claim the cost of a project manager to help with your development.

    If you want to build an investment portfolio you should ask around and talk with people until you find someone you gel with and trust. But make sure it is someone who has a track record of achievement and not just selling a course of a method they have not used, or used 20 years ago.
