Thanks for your valuable comment. I have found some websites regarding kit homes which  are not transportable but looks good and very cheap. I think good option for renting if it lasts longer.

There are some designs look nice but not sure about the long and security  of the house in compare of brick build house.

Do you think it is good option investor as rental homes.
