Im of the opinion that Steve knew full well that calling people “Property Millionaires” would imply that they were in fact millionaires from property.. when in fact he “intended” it to mean that, under whatever shared purchase structure, they could “control” one million dollars in property with basically no money of their own…

It’s quite “easy” to be a Property Millionair, It make every one happy.

Two-thirds of the brokers investigated claimed to offer independent or impartial mortgage advice even though their recommendations came from a limited pool of lenders.

that is exactly what my feel in this industry.

in the Forum, i see many newbies want to buy the +ve Ip as many as possible in a lmited time, it’s seemly that Steven’s book is a manual which teach them how to copy a millionaire .

Do you think the world is so simple? may be to somebody lucy man, just as lotto, 1%of million?

    Cheers

First I must say there are good and bad adviser in every field.

Those adviser that I saw only recommend the product that they can get commission like managed funds….

I am sure there are financial advisers who specialise in property and can help you.

However, prominent property developer Harry Triguboff – managing director of Meriton Apartments – insisted that the fundamentals remained sound and all that had happened recently was that short-term speculators had been scared off.

“The market is king. It will decide who is right and wrong. And I assure you that prices will keep going up,” Mr Triguboff told afr.com in an interview. “There is not enough supply. The people of Australia are still in love with real estate.”
