    I have bought two IPs off the plan in NSW during the last two years. Both times I got stamp duty extension for 15 months from exchange of contract. After this interest kicks in without warning.

    I’m planning my own Kiwi Adventure around September.Teaming up to share costs might be worthwhile?
    I like South Island Dunedin/Invercargill, tho flexible.
    Would 2-3 weeks be good?
    Totally inspired by Steves seminar and ready to go!

    Is it true that in SA income from letting accom to international students is free from income tax ??
    I would love this to be the case in NSW, a chance to generate extra income from flat underneath my house.
    Sounds almost too good to be true.[blink]
