Hi I don’t know alot on the subject – ut I do know that Land Tax varies from State to State and NSW seems to have the highest land tax from what I gather. Perhaps on some of he governonment pages you can find information.

I had to ge an ABN to do some overseas work a couple of years ago and I don’t believe you pay anything. I still have the ABN number although I don’t activiatley use it at the moment. I registered on line. You should check out the government website – as they will ahve all the information there[]

Not all of us work during the day!!! I’m still at work (on a break) and will be until 11pm as I am most nights! At least I get most days to myself though – can be handy. You are not always stuck in long cues because you can go outside lunch breaks!

Wow – I was just looking into this yesterday. I am reading a book by Brad Sugars that talks about Rich Mastery. As they want so much money from their mentoring programme it makes me nervous – I have written an email yesterday to their website and am still waiting on a response. I’ll let you know what they say.

I have 3 IP – 2 +ve geared and one neagtively geared. We purchased our first in 1998 – I really want to become more aggressive so that I can produce an income stream so that I can stop work and have our children and my husband & I don;t have to stress about losing an income.

Wow – those 8 pages were an inteesting read! I don’t believe anyone is in my industry (except maybe the comedian!) I am a Stage Manager in Musical Theatre. Thank you for your responses – I realise now that paying off IP so quickly is not always the best thing. However, I know that by selling off 2 of the three IP we will be able to buy our home and then start again with further investment properties – all is not lost!!!
