Thanks but no, Bendigogum or gumbendigo, its soooo hard……..  I've looked at different types of gum trees etc (botanical names etc) and thought I could plant some in the subdivision, but still nothing….

Ok, here goes….. approx 80 blocks in country victoria, the subdivision will have access to the state forest, I am looking at doing an 'upmarket' subdivision ie, nice entry, nice open spaces, etc etc. Will probably suit 2nd/3rd home buyer.
