Hi,Interesting thoughts.  I would only say that the Govt require you to declare funds over $10,000 coming into the country.  I expect that you would need to provide sufficient documentation to show it is a loan and not income.Best to speak to an accountant or even call the ATO.  Please report back to the forum what you find out.Good LuckJason
