For instance I have finished the first assignment page. Well, almost. I’ve layed it all out and re-capping. I have just got to finish off a few question sections in curtain questions! How do you learn four pages of text?
I can call up the Tutor once I’m able to learn the pages content and confident to learn and remember it. For the exam at an arranged time.

How viable is an Internet booth, I may be thinking ahead, but like a Doctor Who booth? Where a block of flats can have access to the Internet!
You basically make your own booth (similarly to having a phone box by Telstra) that’s commonly been used for blocks of flats communes etc and steal construction around the computer screen and set it up as secure as you can. Maybe you put one of the tenants in control of the booth. Which wouldn’t take to much time because it’s all automated and runs independent, but who can report to you or the Real Estate Management when something goes wrong!
Give each of the tenants a key to the lock or something?
Then in your advertising you could put, FREE INTERNET ACCESS with tenants.
Maybe up the rent $5 and use a 56K (if you can get away with it, without the tenants wanting to complain they need faster Internet connection) at a total of $24.95 a month to run on 56K. And maybe this would be only good for larger blocks of units and flats. Then again maybe it will cause arguments.
To stop the hogs, could have specialised login to allow each tenant curtain amount of time a day, Pre-Set.

Curtainly, pedantics to strick my mind, as pedantic as i try and be during the process of designing, the onset of people looking at the site usaully find mistakes that I need to change. Which is the good thing about other bystanders helping. The changes have been made but the updates won’t be visible until an upload done in a few days.Trying to find your other spelling mistakes noticed, can you pin point me that. I believe this “miscellaneous” is spelt right.

Once the user inputs there own information into the array of input fields, i.e. The purchase price of house other purchase costs, rent, and mortgage is taken into consideration, and other variables such as other costs associated with buying and running an investment property.
The need for a downloadable package arose from wanting to be able to use, ‘The Calculator’ Offline for Laptops. But also doubles as something to use for PC’s, it have become fairly versatile and or dynamic is probably ‘the word’ for it.

To install the download you simply press on the link to get it going. It will begin to download a file, you accept to save the file onto your desktop or PC, whatever you like to call it!You then need WinZip to open the package, if you don’t have WinZip. It’s…well. I have made a downloadable LapPack package to download and install in a Laptop.
Click here on, ‘The Download LapPack Package’ to download the package and install it! You can put it on a floppy disk and use it on another computer that doesn’t have Internet connection, burn it to a CD or send it as an e-mail attachment, so that somebody else can use it.
I wish I had a Laptop; I can only rely on you telling me how it goes. I hope you get some sort of use out of it. And good luck.

Does that mean I have to get pegs and hang them on a clothes line in my mind like photo developery with pictures to tell the story and then develop the concept of what i think it is in my mind?

I did some research to try and fine more of an explaination on mnuemonics, now that i had a change to re-cap on the thread! And there wasn’t much i could find in the major search engines in the way of links.
It seems it’s all about signs, i found some sites and ironically it is about boat and sailing rules and they have found this to be the best method for boaters. But also applied to other learning practices. It seems the boating community has taken it on as one of the best ways that they could do it, to learn boaters on the water!

I like the idea of that. Remembering is a hard thing to do for me. I’m sure I’m dislexic. A teacher told me once, though none other teachers picked up on it, so i don’t know if that teacher was wrong.
Theres’ something about pictures, i can remember everything when i’m travelling. The post office said to picture the four digit pin code! I looked at the numbers and vissalized the numbers as the patern of a star. And i never forgot how to use it.

The course is Real Estate For Agents Representatives Off-Campus. The initial first one, which runs for 55 hours.
Boat licence co-oncides with this time. And studying land development, which will probably consume a lot of time.

It was the wool capital of the world but now Japan has caught on, so I don’t think it’s official that it’s the wool cap of the world anymore. There is a lot of grazing land and sheep farmers around the surrounding district. Warrnambool is 125k’s away on the coast (it has the Southern Right Whale tourist attraction) the whales go there every year and are able to be viewed from the platform three kilometres from the town. As you get to Warrnambool district it’s all cow grazing and milking district. Because of the lush green grass. Then you get into the city, which is a small metro I guess. Population of around 30,000
Prices are pretty high for houses. In the smaller towns in-between where you get people wanting to stay and have a family you can pick up houses a lot cheaper, and people commute to these larger towns.
I hear there is a fairly well known ‘Hamilton’ in NZ. I think there is three around different places.

Mmmm a fair bit, expecting 280 minners in town soon so property rentals and demand has gone sky rocket, Hamilton experienced a Boom, but they also got news in between the boom that a Mineral sands mine was going on and creating jobs. So ther was a double wammy for Hamilton. As far as now, prices are way to high. They should expect to get rentals for the next ten years ( well that how long the mines supposed to last) It’s been bout three years in the making so be interesting once it finally starts getting going soon.As far as investing i don’t know what i will do, but im preying around the edges like a preying tiger, waiting for opportunities and talking to people. I didn’t know it would go in a trust structure, i had already pre-concieved a charity, this was one of the first things i thought of! Giving is the best thing that i can do in life.

It is for me to take to my accountant, simply i have an arrangement with an accountant next week, this is what i prepared for him to read, to analyse my situation. It doubles as something to rip apart by the forum! It is a document that i will change and adjust as i prepare for my goals and tax structure and everythink.
With one brief interview with an accountant i am already sick of explaining my details to him and then he looking at me and making judgments that he doesn’t know anything about, he just says you need to make a plan. This is the plan in the document so that now i can end wasting all my time explaining my plan to him and instead send this document to him to print and read off. One of the criteria’s i want for my accountant is to be able to be spontanious and communicate via E-mails. That accountant is already gone from my list of accountants who will be doing my accountancy, i have screened three accountancy workers so far.
I was thinking today, actaully i want two accountants one for the up front ideas, deffence and the gutsy stuf who effectively will just be a friendly guide and adviser. And one for quiet thinking backdrop tax quiet acheivers and do money.

Once you get to the Wrap Pack though. A word of warning: the plans drop out, i wont be buying it with the payment plans. It’s a trap to make you pay more. Instead of an insentive (to what i thought it would be) to make it easier to pay.

I just finished writting up this business plan document, i’m not really sure what to call it.
I’m not really good at english, but i have put together something for the accountant.

How is it you earn 10,000 profits and hand it down to low-income earners. I have heard this a bit around the forum. Doesn’t then the low income earners get the money. And then you don’t so then you lose the profits..??..
I’ve got in mind my low-income earner, brother, he has had a bad car accident and literally nearly tore of his arm, he is very uneducated and doesn’t mind a drink, he’s quit partial to it. He will let me distribute the assets or what ever i want to do.
