It was a good try.
I see so the next person that comes along and buys your 2M units will pay $110,000 stamp duty(Vic).

I would download ez-rent’s software as well.
One thing I know is I would not buy a product that does this, as I know that you can get the same thing for FREE.

I just went to a short seminar last night about Owner Building and they didn’t suggest a way around building more then one unit.
They did say that there was a loop-hole where an Owner Builder could develop more then one property in three years.
This is residential houses and in Victoria.

Another thing I found out that I wasn’t aware of and that younggun19 might want to consider, is that you can rent from day one when you use the First Home Owners Grant.
You don’t have to live in it six months then move out and then be able to rent it, you can rent a room soon as you purchase it, just as long as your stil living there, for six…[Read more]

I realise each bank is different, but there must be some ‘base’ calculation that I can use?
Yeah, Terry if you can explain this in a way I can understand it, I will put a general calculator up on my website.

This was one of my favourite books.
I remember reading it in Bundaberg when I was on holidays in 2002. I went to the library and spent a few hours reading then went back again a few days later and couldn’t stop reading it until I finished it.
I didn’t even know who Peter Spann was then.

I drove past this, this morning and it’s sold.
Someone must have snapped it up over the weekend.
That took four days to sell.
I assume it is sold? The sign has been taken down.

I see, so if it’s not called a Granny Flat and it’s called a fully self Contained Unit it’s alright [smiling], Redwing.
My mum used to have one that each of her sons spent a bit of time each in at some stage or another and we called it, ‘The Love Shack’.
Out Hut, Granny Flat, Hut, whatever you like to call it, it’s more or less a little unit…[Read more]

Blue Gum trees are a stronger structured branch and known to be less likely to drop a limb. Compared to Red Gum, if that’s any peace of mind.
But make sure you look at how much tree weight on one side of the tree you lop off, it may well help the tree topple over to your neighbour’s way.
I had a concern once if a tree was going to fall on wher…[Read more]

Your simply approach is a good one.Can you recommend any books on developing such as what you are doing? Particularly anywhere out in larger regional towns, which is what I’m interested in learning about. Or do you think the same ways can be applied out the country regional towns?

Bundaberg itself is alright. You’ll need to be creative to get cashflow.
Burnett Heads would probably be your best bet, as they are heading out there…[Read more]
