    Hi Shaun,

No issue I always have the same issue when using my I phone..
There are many things that can effect an economy.

Don’t stress out about how money works but maybe start focusing on how to make money :)

    Hi…

To many people are getting caught up in numbers and analysing data.
eg: No one knows what the tax system is going to look like in 10 years time, CGT rules might change and what you can or cant claim might change to.
Also they show that all the positive stuff like capital, rent eg all goes up… to me this looks like a way to lure you in.

    Cheers

    Hi,

The rate may look good in theory but I know off allot of people having issues such as delays, accessing equity for future needs and also allot of their advice is just general advice.

There are plenty of other lenders out their who are competitive both on rates and features.

    Cheers

    Hi,
Every one will have a different approach and opinion. I never look at how many properties I can buy, but rather the quality of the property I am looking at buying.

We bought a development site in VIC for $515,000 and our budget was $600,000. My return will be greater on this particular investment vs buying two properties at $250,000 each.
