Money will come if you look after all your clients anyways.As most have mentioned, a ethical broker will disclose how much they earn per deal “etc”….

I would look or even touch Melton to invest. Capital growth is limited due to too many house land packages available.
Coburg is a growing area and the rental demand is high.
Since you have a bit if time up your hands, why not look at what’s the best way to structure your future investments know.

Good question, I like to look at about 15 years abs has some good stuff.

I think there are some great opportunities in oz.
I believe hsving a low lvr ratio is they key. It’s all about having the right property and not about quantity.
The property I picked up is 30 to 40 % under market value
