Being an ex real estate, I have seen a couple of agents act like this (lazy agents)

Hi, some times selling at a loss is not a bad thing, I'm not sure how this will work in your case but maybe speak I an accountant, sunshine coast is quiet, my wife and I used to go to the coast once a year but the last couple of years it has been quiet

I heard something on the radio….The melbourne market is very quiet , I went to two auctions in bundorra not to far from diamond creek an there where only two other people.

1) maybe talk to a broker (Terry, Richard or Jamie) and see if changing or reviewing your loan structure will help you, not just for now but for the future.
