    hello everybody I am a sales manager also have two boys.No debts yet but after reading steves book about to buy lots of cash + propertys Good luck with your investments.

    Hy Delyse Steve proved how easy with is formula to be successfull in realestate.If steve the legend with a simple idea proved it can be done any body like you and me will have success.Remember to buy + cashflow propertys and you will do it.

    Hy Steve + property is hard to find in this climate but never give up they are still around . AS interest rates go up people who have over commited will have to sell so more + property will finds its way on the market and make us all happy investers.
