    Hi

    Some good investment advice including portfolios, or if you need one these guys will give you one.

    They are called investment property north east (which is silly since they now do all over).

    If you need help building places I know some great builders called 4csltd.

    There is a wealth on information out there on property development, so much so I was able to set my own business up from it.

    Found another great company if you need you property doing up professionally.

    Unfortunately they are classed as building services london which means there only based in London, however London is a good property investment and thus it should be mentioned. They get good reviews and a friend used them and said they were good.

    If anyone has any other good companies to use i would love to hear about them
