I think you will find Steve and Dave’s mix is more like 40 wraps the rest Buy and Hold. Also not all would be residential.
Also, Steve never says that he owns them all at one time, he has control over them then gets cashed out does it again. Holds a seminar…does it again, sells some books…does it again.
And keeps playing the game!
P.S. Why r we all so concerned about what Steve is doing instead of doing something ourselves.

I wouldn’t joke about the “Travelling Real Estate Investor”. I think that is a great idea, to potentially make you even more money. Let’s face it everything these days is Property THIS Investing THAT.
Make sure you take lots of Video footage. And plenty of notes. Come back and put it all together.

I’ve read the thread. Listened to different opinions and I think it would be nice if Steve could be a bit more clearer on how this has worked for him, and is it still possible (five minutes at the seminar on Unlimited finance and one hour on standing around trying to buy a house…hmmm).
Steve holds no investing debt, can get FHOG, and qualifies for Centrelink payments. How can this man go guarantor??
Maybe as Brent suggested Steve could get his report and put it up on the website for all of us to view!! ( just kidding ).
