The house spans the entire allotment so unfortunately any subdivision will result in the loss of the house. In response to your second question, basically I am not in a position at the moment to borrow large sums of money as I am still paying off the mortgage for the home we are currently living in. I am hoping to use the money I have saved to carry out the necessary refurbishments to the property if I decide to go down that road.
