    Hi kenyaboy i too am not all taht experienced myself however when you asked before if you should trust the vendor to be an hounourable person, i offer these words of advice when it comes to finacial matters don’t trust no one unless its in writing and remember the more you leave to chance the higher the chance that something will go wrong . so mate if its not in writing get them to put it in writing if they refuse to don’t do bussines with em. hope this helps. happy easter all

    Hi steve i reckon it would be good to have a topic devoted to stuff like no money down deals and could be perhaps targeted at younger investors things like flipping and also general wisdom on property investing i believe would be a great topic. Young people are our future

    If the tenant is such a good tenant why did this person want to sell the you the property with the lease ?

    And to answer your question terry i was for whatever reason under the assumption that they are more more investor friendly than some institutions [blush2]

    does anyone know how to go about getting private lending. and how to convince the lender you will come up with the goods[grad]
