Freckle, as your side kick, I’m a firm believer that most people actually lose money than create wealth through property. It’s not just about purchasing a property and watching it grow in value.

Like speedy said, nigel isn’t convincing me at all. I’ve enjoyed watching the debate but it’s been very lop sided from where I stand. Factual evidence would shut every one up once and for all.
Oscar what would you allow for water and sewer tapping for a unit in a backyard? City west water aren’t very helpful and the response I got from them was “I don’t know”

Can I ask how come you choose to build 2 bedroom units instead of 3 bedroom? How much value would you say a 3rd bedroom would have added to each unit? Looking good so far.I agree. Google is free and invaluable with information. $180 is a bit steep.

I’ll be the first to admit i know bugger all in regards to investing in USA, but when you’re asked to produce hard core evidence that the market is on the rise, which you haven’t, it’s hard to believe it’s getting any better. Stand in my shoes and watch the debate between you and freckle. Who would you believe. I’m not calling you a crook but your not convincing me Florida is any good.
