Wouldn’t surprise me. While renovating the place I used to hear odd things like footsteps, etc. Never used to scare. At least somebody was coming to the house!

Maybe the tenants saw you, digging in the back yard. You know, at midnight. Then they saw the "Witch Drs R Us" van pull up…………..

I’ve just painted the door jambs, I ain’t smearing blood! I should have smeared the blood of the dead dog before I painted.
I was thinking of the open agency agreement but it scares me as they will put any one in so they can be first.

It’s in Laverton, melbourne. How do I find a witch doctor? I’m guessing It’s not as easy as opening the yellow pages?

Last week I sprinkled holy water all over the house straight from the catholic church. Don’t ask how I got it! Didn’t work, in fact made things worse cause its attracting ants.

Hi dwolfe, I’ll put the link on when I get home tonight. Can’t really fault pm, I’ve used the real estate for years now and always been good to me. She’s not too sure on the next move. People just not coming.

Remember, It’s not how much you make, It’s how you spend it. Aim to save a couple dollars per week, within a few years you will have saved more then you realise you could.
Hi Mathew, if using your parents equity fayils, are you able to save for a deposit? You could probably borrow 90% or more
I think if you have the gift of the gab, and good people skills you should do well. Sales is hard though and people will be difficult.
That’s my plan for colac. Problem is traveling from melb to colac is too far. I’m able to do 95% of the work myself but the traveling would absolutely kill me.
Derek you make a good point about asking your broker if they are a property investor. The last 2 brokers I met weren’t property investors, in fact one of them was renting and still saving for a deposit. He was 36.
I think a good broker definitely needs a couple of IP’s under there belt.
Jacm, have you got any properties in colac? I’m contemplating purchasing something there but the area is not looking to promising for me.

Just another thought to consider.Ziv, do you think it will be like property in USA where you can pick up something at a very unbelievable price? I agree with you, and it ain’t going to be small.
The work experience kid did a great job.
That's great news. Glad everything worked out in the end
