my ip's are managed by a pm but they still love to text me.
Speaking of text msgs, my tenant texted me last night (sunday) at 9.45pm because she wants the globes changed from 60 to 80 watts. What cheek!
I'd say on that size of land you'll only fit 2 town houses but i stand to be corrected.
My accountant charges me around $1000 including the investment properties. How many properties do you have? Are you from melbourne?
Your kidding right? Your property was vacant and they didn’t inform you? That’s unbelievable!
I'm in the same boat as Ben. I've never thought about structuring it this way but if there are no tax implications sounds like a great structure.
Waiting on the big boys to comment….
Freckle these pictures you've posted are soooo much better then those boring line graphs you post.

This guy reminds me of sheldon from the tv show the big bang theory.
How much profit you’ll make and costs associated with the project is up to you to work out. You can’t expect someone else to do your home work. Maybe re word your post to how do I work out if the development is feasible or not? Otherwise it sounds like your being lazy.

She bought mail order from high end retailers all over the world. I asked her what her little collection was worth and she said $60k+You see Jo when the wife's got a wardrobe full of shoes you'll know you've made it. Imelda always thought so

I don't understand women and shoes. It's a bit like people who collect DVDS. Use them once then leave them sitting on the shelf.

Your going to regret it if she only buys jimmy choo shoes. Trust me i know!
well said. Kids will cost you a fortune and the cost of living will end up crippling you. I'd say work to atleast 40 and have more behind you for rainy days.
Can I ask a dumb question. How is it fair one gets 90% and the other 10%? I understand It’s never 50 / 50 but this is ridiculous. How is the poor guy meant to live?
