I was more surprised at the return of 12.5%. I realise that price of commercial property is higher as we own some, but i don’t think of seen some thing with a return above 10%, maybe this is good sign for buyers?

We have an investment in regional Vic which consits of 4 X 36m2 offices in one building which are all seperatly stata titled. We had no problem with financing through IMB, maybe cos it was all under the one roof?? We took out a P&I loan on that one which suits as fine. i have +ve IPs and we don’t including depreciation cost to make them positive. not sure what other people do out there,. i look at non cash deduction as a bonus.

I release that its quite simple process to shop, but it still failing on me.
i select my items (add to cart), thats fine but then when it displays my shopping list a can’t do anything at all!
Can’t buy,can’t adjust quantities, or empty ect….
