Called up Randwick council and they said that the company title all done through solicitors and not the council, torres and Strata tittle are put through them.. Therefor All that is required for Duplex’s is 450m2 with the normal 15m frontage.

I have also gone through Masterton and researched their options;

BUT With anyones experience Is it advisable for me to go with masterton at $366,000 for 2 story duplex, or shall I go through archeitect design?

HEY dude!, I’m in the process of doing the same thing in the Chifley area, I also have to get a company title.
I wanted to ask you have you done alot of research on builders or are you doing it yourself?

I have researched Masterton but I have ben told that they do very cheap jobs.
