Thank you for your help, yes thanks to the this wonderful site had some interesting words to use such as yours and similar statements " Subject to the buyer being able to secure on insurance policy over the property that is acceptable to the buyer" and "Subject to finance on terms acceptable to the buyer" and etc.

Thank you for your help Jamie and it seems that the real estate is playing the avoidance game to try to get more interested. Its only going to result in me making a compliant to her office for her unprofessionalism

What it comes down to I think is research and if you are willing to invest so much of your hard earned without doing your own resaerch than you will potentially get yourself in trouble. Any free advice is a good thing.

Doing your homework is very important but at the same time I think if your parents are happy to help out why not utilise them so that you can free up your cashflow and use the funds to help pay for another IP. Mind me asking for what you paid for your property are you still contributing money out of your pocket if you still rented it out?

    Hi Dave,

I considered doing the RESULT program this year as well but with a full time job and also doing my masters as well in uni, I feel it would not be fully commiting to the program. I guess with anything in life what you put in is what you get out…….Come next year for sure I will consider it!!!!
