Reme, Im trying to get out of a trip and just want someone else to handle everything. Do you know how these Australian companies find properties. Do they own them and then resell them? I know the best way is to find a foreclosure and then rehab yourself but I don’t really want to deal with all that. My primary motivation is cash-flow and any future capital gains will be a bonus.
