Think of Staging as the Icing on the cake, it will give your properties the edge over any competition, show value for money and will make your property more inviting to buyers. 

An example published in API Mag demonstrated what a great investment Home Staging can be:

• Two near identical neighbouring houses
• For sale at the same time, by the same agent
• One house was staged, the other vacant
• The Staged house sold in 2 days for $547,000
• The Vacant house sold after 10 weeks for $518,

• 000

That's a $29,000 difference, not to mention the holding costs
