Its that 10% rule again… (90% of people don’t think for themselves… they just follow others..)So that potentially means that only about 10% of the 10% of people that are investing in property get it. This is technically only 1% of people. Yay.[}]

Our IP is actually managed by my parents who have several IPs also – they can deal with all the issues of fixing items etc, while we jointly keep in contact with the tenants re other issues. I agree with you about being there is easier, but in dealing with people personally about other issues it is amazing…[Read more]
