There is not much you can do now as far as I know. But this is a lesson learned for the next services. So if similar problem occur you should get price estimate (Quote) before sending plummer in. But if it is an emergency then there’s not much you can do.

    Kind regards

    SIS,

$69 still expensive considering you will get nothing out of it except marketing for the big seminar.

I will go to the 3.5 hours one if it is for free.

I guess Simon just trying to help out here because he has been dealing with the right people with NAB and found them helpful. There are alway a good and bad one in any industry or anywhere in the world. If you found a good one then stick to it, otherwise walk away and try to find a new one.

Alf, If you are not satisfy with NAB just walk away….

    Kind regards

It was in an area of ex HC houses but most of them have no been sold. I am sure the outerlying areas of Wagga would still produce a gem or two.

    Rugbyfan,

I hope you are not buying from Victor Ollis, He got about 1500 properties in surround areas. There are unlimited of property and land package from him for 10% return.

    Kay,

I hope what you wrote will hold true until you are 65 years old. I will call you when you are 64 years old whether you’re still working! That if I am still alive.
