    Sonja,

Since you have a bad experience already, may I suggest do your own research and invest into your knowledge, don’t truth anyone except yourself. Then if you make a mistake the only person that you can blame on is yourself.

Well, I will start using my own money first for 1 to 6 months. If I am confident enough by then I will start using LOC.

But I probably will start with high liquidity company ie. top 15 in capitalisation, maybe not NAB though….LOL

    Here’s two very workable strategy:

How to become a millionnaire in 101 days:

    Strategy One
Step 1) Start with two million dollars
Step 2) Pay me one million dollars
Step 3) Wait 100 more days

    Strategy Two
Step 1) Advertise how you can turn people into millionnaires in 101 days
Step 2) Only select applicants who have at least two million dollars
Step 3) Convince them to pay you one million dollars apiece
Step 4) Tell them to wait another 100 days.

    Cheers,

I never think of this two strategies before. Good one Aceducey….LOL

    GreatPig,

At the moment I had 40% in equity which meant 60% gearing. I alway plan to set up trust and buy IPs under it, but I never get around to do.

I am planning to get a line of credit for share trading in the near future. I also plan to sell one of my IP to reduce my debt because at the moment the property that I am planning to sell is quite heavily geared. Once I sell this IP then all my other IPs will be positive cash flow.

If I am a successful share trader in the near future then I will continue buy more IPs, but at this stage I am sit back and try to learn new things.

    Kind regards

If I make another one then it’s going to be hard to share because it’s going to be 33.33333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333% and will never be an equal love.

What happen if you don’t like them all, who are you going to vote? May I suggest a blank vote….LOL…

As everyone situation are different…I think $4000 is not a lot to play around with especially with property investing. Therefore if $4000 is mine and if I have enough knowledge in the share market (I am not at the moment) I will buy some shares or use it to trade options.

I bought 2 IPs site-un-seen a few months ago. I did a full due diligence of the area before purchased. But the reason of buying site-un-seen is due time to get there and the figures matched my criteria.

Problems like this never seem to happen between 9-5 on a week day – do they?

I think can choose what they want to do in life. Those that choose to be a plumber know for the fact that’s there commitment if they want income.

I also believe there are other plumber who will charge much more, but also those who also charge much less.
