Having a mentor is always a great idea but they person must be in line with what you are thinking as well
Do today what you want to do tomorrow
Bluecat,
Totally agreed. I give a simple example, currently at my work place I have a mentor who thinking is completely different from me. Every time I try to explain somethings he seem not to agree and alway suggest something that I hate to do. I guess the best way is not to have one direct but to have one who just give opinion.

I guess if the property that one view or inspect and found it’s not worth buying then the best way is not to buy it. Simple as that.
There are so many property on the market and you just can’t put your hand on everyone of them.
But do you best and hope for the best which every you do because at the end of the day you do as much as due diligence and market research to your best of your ability.

By the way, I haven´t made a move without her re RE this past year… she´s my calculator!
Rugby, tomorrow she and I are going skiing. We´re at different levels though- her favourite event at the sports school she attended was slalom [?] whereas I´m hoping to not capsize on the toboggan. Here´s my ski look: [8D]

not to sure on that…. but ill tell you what i do have installed…. ok… this is ages away, but when i do, do retire, will be doing the big walk out of fame on work… you know the one… were you play up, make some big stupid mistakes, tell your boss off and tell him what you think of him and then take something of his in front of him and tell him that your quitting… watch his mouth drop, and then watch the rest of the staff cheer you on, (reason being, for all those years, hes been a real… pr..k) and leave the work with the greatest honour ever….
oh k… maybe dreaming here, but will do something similar on the great D day in the later future….
I aim to be retired in the next two years!! Include me in!! Maybe I can help out at the kinder then. (Actually, I plan to do something to help animals… I have more of an affiliation with them than I do with toddlers!)
Let’s see… how about semi-retirement, which means you buy the occasional property, raise money for the local donkey refuge, and cruise the Caribbean when the weather turns bad here?? [] Sounds great to me!!
