Since you seen a few +ve cash flow property and have a lot of equity therefore you be able to borrow more than 100%, but that’s depend on your circumstance.
I would just go to speak to one of mortgage broker to see how much you can borrow and get a pre-approval first before doing any offer to purchase any property.

I totally agreed. But instead of just raising the rent, you can say like I am going install a/c, wardrobe, fans, new paint but I am going to raise the rent to $xxx.

All my loans fixed for 3-5 years and I am sleeping well at night.
I never worry about interest rate, but I only take a look at it when I am going to purchase property.

I think Steve McKnight mentioned that he wouldn’t mind some diversication so I think he is looking for another opportunity to put some of his money to work

I work near central station. I never think Surry Hills is the best place to invest now because it’s dam expensive and very low yield, too close to the city or may be already member of the city or city fringe. I will never invest there, but that’s just my personal opinion.
