    If you buy 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 hold it for grow say 5 to 7 years then sale 1, 2 and use the gain to pay off 3, 4, 5 then I believe it will be ok.

    That’s just my thought and it could be wrong.

    If there is a boom, there will alway a bust.

    Whatever happen to the property cycle one should prepare and take precaution steps toward there investment decision.

    If you already done so, good on you. If not then you better dig out for answer.

    Thank you for sharing and yes that’s why we are investing in property.

    For myself I did start with negative gearing first and move to neutral gearing and now working on positive gearing.

    I been to there free seminar in Marconi’s club a while back. Most of there property are negatively gear.

    They sale property to you most in the Parramatta’s area ie. Harris Park. $450K+ property rental at $300 to $400 per week.

    The guy that run the company owned 11 properties.

    Cleaner is not a bad lazy people you know. They are as good as anyone else. They do owned a lot IPs as well. They may even owned property more than some of us.
