One other thing is that when you rent your ip for say 1 year then I think the CGT is also in that period. which mean you have to pay tax on your 1 year CG.
Chan, i will admit, you got one of the most best property portfolios i have seen, so diversied, but not only that, you have so much flexibility in your portfolio, you have one of the greatest flexibilities to attack or handle any property market, either be it boom or bust… [:o)] and still be able to capitalise… [:o)]
keep up the good work, not too long before your sitting back and enjoying your long relaxing days… [^][^][^]
Actually I got a problem. I want to sale one of my IP now, but I can’t coz I lock the interest rate to sept’05. If I sale now I will get a penalty for $4000 to $5000 for early exit.
So I just have to wait to next year or buy more +ve CFP
Has anyone heard of GWE or know anything about their seminars? The next seminar is in Vietnam and we are thinking of attending but would like to find out a bit about the company before committing ourselves.
In vietnam? you got to be careful…no security there!
So the moral of the story is that we should give up buying IPs & become cleaners!!!

Hi Shushar,
I think the moral of the story is: when we have 101 IPs don’t forget to spend time lazying around kissing our wife/hubby if we are lucky enough to still have her/him around. Most of the riches either forget how to kiss their spouse or no longer to have them around.
