So how many quality investment properties can you buy per year. I know I keep ask you guys the same question.
If you buy one quality investment property per year (say) then in the same year you can also buys 3 +cf properties to help the cf of the first property.
People keep saying that country/regional areas does not grow and at the same time they complaint that I can’t find any +cf property. Why, before there are so many +cf property, but not now? That’s because the country/regional area does have capital gains as well but slower. If you can’t find +cf property in the area that you are looking for, that’s meant the area is already grow. So look at somewhere else until you find one.

Last year he found a better building insurance so He ask me to write a quick letter to cancel the CGU insurance. I rang and called them for 3 months but the money still direct debit from his bank account no matter how much you try to cancel it. I hated CGU insurance and will not use them never ever.

I think the program is pretty good because it shown you behind the scene of how you spent $8000. People like me and Yack who have not been to expensive similar before would now have a bit of understanding of what’s like.

It is pretty hard to find this Channel Nine thing.
When I got there I keep asking for Richmond, but no one seem to know him. Then I went the Richmond, Tiger AFL’s club and ask for Richmond and everyone come out. I have to run back to my car and get out of there as quick as possible.
Now I know who is Richmond even his real name…LoL.
From now on I can only logon to propertyinvesting.com to surf other stuff here. I won’t be able to surf in http://www.propertyinvesting.com/forum any more.
So every now and then you will see me online, but I can not post from mon-fri 9am-5pm.

It is in SA. I just got a call from the pest guy. He said it will cost $800-$1000 to treat the whole house in and out.
At this stage termites only found along the fence. So he suggest that just spray along the fence which cost only $140-$150 and do another inspection in 12 months time.
So I think it’s all good at this stage.
