I think the best person to get advice at this stage is your solicitor. Talk to your solicitor about your situation and see what he/she say. I am sure there will be a solutions for you. Your solicitor will be able to help you with appropriate paper work.

[Retire Young, Retire Rich] [strum]I alway think that resort unit is very expensive regarding management fees and you just can’t sack the management because they have management right.
I do invest in unit and alway nominate myself as executive committee because you can control the situation in the complex. If other unit complaint and need some sort of work the strata manager usually contact me first before going ahead with anything.
Every year they want to raise the strata fees, but I alway oppose and bring it back to the original amount or a bit highter.

That’s a good weekend spend, but instead you pay to them.
I never learnt regarding speeding. When I drive I check my speed infrequent and often get book on spot, but for some unknown reason I alway can hang on to my last 3 points for at least 3 years.
As soon as I got my points back I get another ticket within month. Currently have 3 points.

I am serious coz there are quite a lot of spider around my house. I think I should get a pest control done soon. Every now and then I saw spider in my house as well. My wife and daughter hate it, so all the killing stuff is for me.

For me if I retire say at 45 years of age. Then I would spent most of my time travelling oversea. I love to see different part of the world. I am sure that when you start travel for a while you will get bore then I would return home and do shares/options trading til get bore and travel again.
When I said retire I mean you can do whatever you want, whenever you want and no one stopping you.

Thanks for sharing your experiences.
For me I never want to work for someone else. If I have the opportunity I will sit in front of PC trading shares/option and property in my own time whenever I like. I am working toward this now and hopefully I can do that soon.
