All of a sudden you’ve acheived them?
To be exact, I achieved it on 19 May 2004.
Sounds a bit like someone having no goals in the first place and blowin’ in the economic wind…
Consider what you are saying…and have some goal for yourself.Mate,
Sound like you are the rude one here. How do you know someone have no goals? Are you here to judge me or sharing knowledges?Back in July’00 I set my goal to buy 7 properties by 2007, and now I achieved it. Do you think it is a goal?
Wake up….mate…

[Retire Young, Retire Rich] [strum]I suggest you don’t have to start saving if you wanto to start now. But first you have to build up your knowledge as quick as possible.
You can use your parent, uncle, aunty equity or whoever to start buying IP and asking them to be a quarantor.

[Retire Young, Retire Rich] [strum]As at this stage I am not intent to buy more property, but I want to wait and see what the area is doing in the near future. If I am not successful in shares trading then I will go back to property and maybe buy more +CF there. So I better keep it quiet at this stage…lol

[Retire Young, Retire Rich] [strum]I only been investing in property for the last 3.5 years. Through out that time I never do a pest inspection after purchases and I am sure the property is still there because the tenant is still paying rent. But for every 1 to 2 years I do a pest control surround the property.

[Retire Young, Retire Rich] [strum]I would pay off the IP No. 2 where interest rate is variable which I believe is redrawable anytime if you need the money in the near future.
If you pay off IP No. 1 with fixed interest rate then you won’t be able to redraw.
Once you park your money in IP No.2 then you seek opportunity where you can get better return than 6.45% and access the risk.

I don’t post much these day because like Celivia said I can’t access it from work. Furthermore, I don’t want to buy anymore property at this stage, therefore, I don’t read much of property related topics as much as before. The reason I don’t want to buy anymore because I already achieved my goal in property investing that I set for myself 3.5 years ago. So now I move on to my next goal which is share investing (long term) and trading (short term, option trading).
When I have spare time I do research into share market because I intent to trade shares as soon as I am ready and set up a trding plan.
Because this forum only discuss about property, therefore I have to look for site where shares trading topics are discuss.

[Retire Young, Retire Rich] [strum]Geo,
Sorry mate, I can’t help you because I only start .NET programming in the last 6 months. All the stuff that I do at the moment not much to do with security except user loging name.
I agreed with you that .NET is the way to go that’s why I try to move away from Electrical Engineer position to programming. The reason I do this because I am planning to set up website for business purpose using .NET technology.
I still have to learn SQL Database to do the stuff I want. It will take time and I might end up not doing it if there are too much work involve.
There are so many thing to do in life…can’t keep up at the moment…..at the same time you need to enjoy life as well.

[Retire Young, Retire Rich] [strum]Car cost before mistake was found = $10 * 3 = $30
Car cost after mistake was found = $30 – $5 = $25
Car cost + Salesman = $25 + $2 = $27
Refund to each person = $3 / 3 = $1
Each person’s share of car cost and salesman = $27 / 3 = $9
The correct calculation should be:
($9 + $1) * 3 = $27 + $3 = $30
The one dollar was never there. The calculation in the question is incorrect due to the fact that the salesman was counted twice. The correct calculation should be $27 + $3 = $30 since the salesman money is included in $27.Kind regards
