Not fun when you live by yourself. I forget how many times I asked for this one little thing to be fixed and it never was. I had to keep a screwdriver in the toilet, just in case I got locked in!

If you live by yourself then it is not neccessary to lock the door, but coz door need to by fix.

If the landlord don’t fix the door then you don’t pay the rent…try it.

    SIS,

I am still a tenant and very proud of it. I think I am a good tenant. The landlord is oversea and I look after the property very well.

I hope all the tenants in my properties will do the same….it is a hope….and at this stage….no drama at all.

    Kind regards

Some would say Property market would outperform shares market and vice versa, but the reality is depend on what property or shares you buy.

If you buy AMP a few years back and comparing to buying property in Sydney then you know which one do better. But if you buy property in a none performance area comparing to performance shares then……

    Why not do both?

Fundamental and Gut feeling should go hand in hand. First, you do your fundamental analysis, if it’s all ok then your gut feeling take over.

On 06th of May 2004 I set a new goal for myself to generate passive income to offset my -ve gearing property. From the set date to end of August this year I will spend time learning and seeking new strategy. I hope by then I be able to use my new acquire skill or strategy and implement it.

My retirement goal is 2020, but I would like to do it much sooner ie. 2015 or 2010 or even 2007.
