[Keep going, you’re nearly reach the end of financial freedom]If it is a +ve cashflow I don’t think it will be a problem with finance. If one don’t lend to them then try another until suceed.

[Keep going, you’re nearly reach the end of financial freedom]it is up to individual whether they want to rent or buy to live in.
If the current property that you live in is paying $200 per week to the bank and you can find similar property for just $150 per week to rent why on earth would you pay to the bank. With $50 per week extra you can go out there buy more property.

[Keep going, you’re nearly reach the end of financial freedom]All,
I don’t care whether the title “from 0 to 130 properties in 3.5 years” or “from 0 to 130000 properties in 3.5 years” what I care for is the information in the book.
I bought Steve’s book, read half-way through and found it very helpful and interesting.

[Keep going, you’re nearly reach the end of financial freedom]Dear All,
I just finished reading Steve McKnight “Wealth Guardian” last night. It cost $195, first I think it is so expensive for 69 pages of text and 1 audio CD. I readed the first 38 pages and feel that I have not gains anything so far as most of the information I knew before, but from page 39 onward I found the money worth spended and would recommended to anyone who like to build the property investment portfolio.

[Keep going, you’re nearly reach the end of financial freedom]Recently I just bought a townhouse through Jenman real estate, they list the asking price very high. But I only offer what I think it’s worth and was excepted.
I don’t agree with their advice even though if you are a home buyer not investor. Why on earth would you want to pay more if you can pay less.

The only restriction is if I break the loan during fixed period there will be a penalty depend on the current rate of interest.
