I think the topic is “house for sale for $51,000” not “postmodernism” so get over it and go back to sleep. Wake up the next day feel fresh and be friend again. Making one extra friends is better than lose one.

    Bushranger,

I am recently given advise by my accountant that I should be set up hybrid discretionery trust in which you can buy +ve CF and -ve CF IPs under it. The trustee would be the corporate trustee.

To Oz investors who bought IPs in NZ,

Questions from Oz who wanna to invest in NZ:

I live and work in Sydney, Australia and would love to buy some IPs in NZ.

    1. To invest in NZ, do I have to open a bank account in NZ?
    2. Do I need a solicitor in NZ?
    3. Can I used my solicitor in Oz?
    4. Can I used my bank account in Oz?

Your response will be appreciated in advance.

    Kind regards

    Marvin,

Regarding your question, if you think the interest rate will rise in the near future, can you actually predict when will it fall in the future as well?

I believe if the interest rate start climbing then it is the time to fix interest rate say 5 years. During this 5 years you don’t have to worry about the market. If you have spare cash then you might try to pay off the principles just in case after 5 years the interest rate is at it peak. The amount of interest rate comparing to the original is much less to pay to the bank.

    Kind regards

    Urgeman,

I start off in similar situation as you 3 years ago. I was wondering whether I should buy my PPOR or IPs. I decided to buy IP first and forget about my PPOR. By doing this it take a lot of load from my shoulder. Now I am up to my 6 IPs and never regret it. Currently I am still renting and will continue to rent for the next 5 years until I am cash up and buy my dream home.

    Kind regards

My goal is to be comfortable. I want to be rich…a lot of semi naked female slaves to do my bidding and a nice house with great views. A red ferrari in the garage, a black Lotus in the front yard and semi naked female mechanics on call. A swimming pool, a semi naked female pool cleaner and a few more semi naked female slaves to pamper me and feed me peeled grapes. That’s all I want..to be comfortable…and have some financial freedom..and to retire at 45.

What about you? Your goals are…?

    Kind regards

    Fellow Investors,

Like Andy said people copying ideas from each other, the point is we all trying to make money. I wish I can do like Steve does and I also wish I can like Henry does (making money).

Now back to square one, hunting down the +ve cash flow property.

    Kind regards

    Leigh,

I am not passinate about Henry Kaye and nor do I attend any of his $15k course. I must admitted that I did attended the free course that run for 4 hours twice and try to signed people up afterward. But what I knew is that a lot of people attended his $15k course did not use the info that he provided said it is not worth the money, where as other people who attended his course and used it to their best advantage become millionaire. The reason I said that because I had a very close friend who become millionaire in just a short period of time by applying HK’s strategy and I also had another friend who said the $15k is not worth the money and never use HK’s strategy.

So if you ask the one that make money then he would said it was worth it. Where as if you ask the other then you know the answer.

This new topic that I put up was not intended to upset fellow investors, but to tell you guys that there are many way to make money. Which ever way you chose is up to you and may your investing empire will come sooner than your goal post.

God bless Australia and the world.

    Leigh,

Well I believe it is not just copying someone else’s work or ideas is not just the highet form of flattery because Henry Kaye just want to prove his ways of making money. Like many other investors who used other people strategies to make money. I believe a lot of people in this forum using some sort of strategis which is not their to make money.

I not trying to defence Henry Kaye but I just try to make the point. People can make money from many different ways. Steve have his own way of making money and Henry Kaye has his. I used both Steve and Henry as well as Peter Spann.

    Good luck with your investing.

    Kind regards

    Rita,

Hybrid Discretionary Trust is set up where company is the trustee this will provide asset protection if anything go wrong such as someone wanna to sue you. By setting up this way all the assets are under the trust not individuals.
