    TIP
Look for property built post 1985 for greater depreciation purpose ie. building write-off at 2.5% (18/07/85 to 15/09/87 will give you 4% write-off)

    TIP
When hunting for property – it’s better to go alone (no time waster is around)

    Kind regards

    Gatsby,

For me time have come and date has set. Regarding weight gain, I would love to put on extra 7 kg if I could, it’s my dream to put on another 7kg. So I guess quitting smoking will help me.

    Wish me luck mate.

    Kind regards

I rented out my PPOR back in Jun’03 and it save me a lot of money by doing so. You can claim all the deductions and rip the benefit. The only problem about renting is that you just got to move and live somewhere if the landlord kick you out. I am fortunate because I rent from people that I know and I treat the current house that I am renting as my own.

If you can’t get a normal loan, I guess you can alway get a low-doc-loan (higher interest) which does not require evidence of income.

Buyer agent is good to source out property for you, but you got to know the area that you want to buy. Once you know then look for buyer agents in that area.

Yes, you’d be right, but people seem to want to sabotage their success by doing things like that. If you spoke to all the people who pay for seminars, I wonder how many would tell you they had to get a loan or put it on a credit card?

If you need to get a loan or put it on a credit card to go to the seminar then you shouldn’t attending any seminars at all, but to save enough money to do so in the future if you wanted too.

    Riddle 364:
A man was shot to death while in his car. There were no powder marks on his clothing, which indicated that the gunman was outside the car. However, all the windows were up and the doors locked. After a close inspection was made, the only bullet-holes discovered were on the man’s body.
    How was he murdered?
    THE ANSWER:
The victim was in a convertible. He was shot when the top was down.

    Kind regards
