Currently I have a basic home home loan with Members Equity.

I did heaps when i was younger, married late, had the kids I didn’t think i would have and will probably work until I am 65 as I will be raising the kids till then.

yes we could say that Mr Carr might have known what was comimg 12 months ago….BUT I think you would have a hard time proving it, unless someone had copies of labour party internal memos that could possibly say he knew or it had been proposed.
