    Hi Steve,

I agree with one of the posts earlier about advice to young people starting out. I am 20 and enjoy investing but because I am a student, I work part time, don’t earn a large income and have little in savings. What is the best way for us to get started and taken seriously?

That brings me to the second thing I would like to see – information about finding finance. What is the best way for someone in my situation – little savings, no assets and a relatively small income to finance property investments? What resources are out there that we can use?

Finally, I would like to hear what strategies you used to purchase properties in a sellers market where houses are selling quickly. I live in Perth and there seems to be a situation happening over here where any properties that would be good investments (and it seems even those that wouldn’t be!!) are selling straight away. How would you recommend people get their hands on good investment properties before someone else does?!

Thanks and all the best to everyone with their investing!!!
