    My only concern after visiting the Gatherum-Ross website was to find that he resided in kilsyth, and im in Essendon. Would it be an inconvienience to have an accountant so distant?
    How many times would the average keen property investor visit their accountant?

    Its obvious then that I shall broaden my horizons and look interstate. I think my main concern was that i couldnt just drive by and look at the property occassionally and the fact that i dont have much faith in Agents.
    Thanks Rugbyfan, i already received the spreadsheet with the Land Rates from you earlier today when i requested one.

    Thanks for the advice Leigh.
    I followed your instructions and am on the last step, which is, “choose merge cells”. I cannot locate this on the drop down menu when i right click.

    Could i please receive some feedback on what investors think about having investment properties in other states. I always liked the idea of having an investment property at close proximity to my house of residence. The idea of having a far away property always filled me with concern about, whether the agent cares and the condition of the property.
    Could you place your trust in a Real Estate Agent thats miles away?
    Would you have to visit the property regularly as reassurance?
